•No-Show Fee: If you do not show up and give no notice, 50% of the service cost will be charged. •Late Arrivals-Short Services(30mins): If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and 50% of the service cost will be charged. •Late Arrivals–Longer Services (1 to 2.5 hours): Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the service may need to be shortened to fit the remaining time.
